Dr. Wilkens adapted the Meta-Leadership Framework—originally developed by Marcus, McNulty, and colleagues to manage large-scale crises—to serve global businesses and organizations. This extensive experience in managing large, complex, and globally diverse organizations provides the practical depth necessary to translate Meta-Leadership theory into actionable, structural change for today’s enterprises. Furthermore, Dr. Wilkens earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University (2023).
